This is my personal blog and a place for me to share my experience with my paleo diet weight loss journey. I challenged myself to lose weight by following a more healthy diet and lifestyle. I committed to my diet and saw results after about a month.

Starting out with the paleo diet, I had fun experimenting with many different methods to see how my body would react. I soon found the most effective methods for losing weight and I documented my formula for success. Besides sharing these methods for how to lose weight on the paleo diet with you on this blog, I also am excited to share other things like paleo recipes, paleo hacks, and awesome other observations I have found while living the paleo lifestyle.
