The Best Diet for Losing Weight Fast
So if you are like me, you’re one of the many Americans faced with the challenge of losing weight. Not only losing it, but also keeping the weight off after you’ve lost it. American culture glorifies evil carbs such as cakes, donuts, and other sugary treats. These are everywhere and are often used as an excuse to bring people together. Well I am going to tell you my simple solution to losing weight and keeping it off, even though you may not want to hear it. All you have to do is eliminate sugars and grains from your diet! By following a Paleo Diet you can achieve guaranteed success with losing weight.
The Paleo Diet is one of the best diets for losing weight fast. This is because it focuses on eliminating breads from the diet. Breads, cereals, pastas, and grains are mostly unnecessary. Sugars, especially processed ones are also one of the main culprits adding to your waist line! There are many wonderful substitutes for these however. I have had some of the greatest paleo/keto desserts on this diet, and I’ll be sure to share my favorite recipes. In fact, I think I enjoy what I eat now because it is more planned out, than what I was eating before. As comedian Louis CK says of his own daily eating habits “It’s just pure chaos,” and it sure was! The good news is that I was successful in adopting the Paleo Lifestyle and quickly see results as I started shedding pounds.
Now in order to lose weight on the Paleo Diet, you do have to adopt a mindset, a lifestyle shift perhaps. Once you get going though, it becomes very easy to keep it going! Think about the wonderful things you can eat. First of all, meat. Meat is wonderful, but so are fruits and veggies. Aren’t these mostly what we should be eating anyway? The beautiful thing about the Paleo Diet is that it is natural food that is fueling your body. I have never felt so naturally energetic. Along with the fun and creative recipes you will get to try out and enjoy, the natural energy is a major perk. Now along with meat, fruits, and veggies, you’re pretty much covered to make a lot of yummy courses. Remember that dessert I was talking about? Well the Paleo Diet has its own methodology for dessert. All you do is replace the sugar and flour with more natural things such as Almond Flour or Coconut Flour, and instead of sugar, you use a naturally occurring sweetener such as Erythritol. Cheesecake brownies are possible on this diet. Imagine, eating wonderful desserts that you baked, and that other people will also love (trust me, you WILL get compliments), all while losing weight on the Paleo Diet. Amazing? My starting weight was around 230 and now I’m hovering around 200. I want to lose more weight, but also I must admit I love this lifestyle shift.
