Welcome to my blog! This is where I share my story of how I lost some major weight on the Paleo Diet, while also increasing energy levels, and other added benefits. You can achieve the same results if you choose you want to change your lifestyle and start living this way. I encourage anyone to try this diet out and see how you feel on it, also if you like the foods on it. I did enjoy creating new and exciting recipes and trying some interesting fruits and veggies that I would not have tried otherwise. This diet feels very natural and your body will reassure you know this by not only shedding pounds, but also feeling amazing (no daily carb crashes etc.).

I achieved unprecedented success on this diet and was able to lose weight while feeling great. I cannot praise this Paleo Lifestyle enough, and I want to share the greatness of it with the world. P.S. – Oh and yes this is me. The first picture is from June 2017 and the second one is from August 2017. After only 2 months of following a strict Paleo Diet, I was able to lose 30 pounds! Bye Bye Beer Belly!!! Finally can say that. Paleo was the most effective way I’ve found to lose it. I can’t express how much I love my new body!
